AVIN is supported by the Ontario Ministry of Research, Innovation and Science (MRIS), the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Growth (MEDG) and the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) through OCE.
As a part of the Autonomous Vehicle Innovation Network (AVIN), the AV R&D Partnership Fund supports collaborative industry-led projects related to the research, development and demonstration of (C/AV) technologies.
Ontario Centres of Excellence’s (OCE) not-for-profit program was formally established in 1987 with seven independent centres that evolved and amalgamated into the Ontario Centres of Excellence Inc. in 2004.
