The Canada-UK Advanced Manufacturing Partnering Mission took place in Toronto, April 16 & 17th. The delegation consisted of UK small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) visiting Canada to build collaborative relationships. The goal is to form strong partnerships between Canadian and UK delegates that address global challenges in advanced manufacturing.

In December 2017, a joint team of SMEs, multinational firms, industry associations and research partners participated in series of workshops and bilateral discussions to identify complementary capabilities and opportunities for collaboration. ReMaP was at the Canada-UK Advanced Manufacturing Mission in Waterloo, December 4 & 5, 2017. This partnering mission is the next step for the initial mission.
