BL-NCE competition awards funding to four networks

The results of the 2014 BL-NCE competition were announced in January, with four networks being awarded a total of $49.7 million over five years. The networks will focus on solving industry R&D challenges related to ultra-deep mining, green aviation, personalized cancer treatment and sustainable electronics manufacturing. Greg Rickford, the Minister of State for Science and Technology, made the funding announcement in Sudbury.
