Brad Jackson has served ReMAP as the Board Chair since its incorporation in 2014.
Brad’s career spans more than 25 years, with extensive experience in technology, supply chain management, product realization and strategic business development. Brad has broad-based executive leadership expertise spanning engineering, design, manufacturing operations, business development, sales, marketing, strategy, and innovation. Brad has a passion for innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship and is an advocate for Canadian start-ups and small and medium enterprises.
Brad is currently the Chief Operating Officer of North West Rubber, a global manufacturer that creates innovative rubber products. For over 50 years, North West Rubber has been a leading manufacturer of recycled rubber flooring solutions throughout North America and around the world. Prior to joining North West Rubber, Brad held the position of Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Management and Device Sales, Rakuten Kobo Inc. In that role Brad oversaw all of the business processes that support Rakuten's global expansion and distribution needs. Brad was responsible for leading all elements of Ratuken Kobo’s global supply chain, including forecasting, vendor management, inventory, cost management, distribution, and compliance.
In 2017, Brad held the position of Vice President of Strategy for Celestica’s Diversified Markets. Brad was responsible for ensuring alignment of Celestica’s business strategy to drive growth and accelerate customer success for the aerospace, defense, renewable energy, industrial, healthcare and automated manufacturing services markets. Brad started his career at IBM Canada in 1990 until transitioning to Celestica in 1994 when it became a divestiture of IBM.
