Nimfa brings 25+ years of finance and operations management, accounting, corporate tax and marketing for NPOs SMEs, & MNEs. Nimfa is responsible for the overall financial, legal and risk management operations of REMAP which includes the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy and ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve the network’s assets, mitigate risk and report accurate financial results.  As CFO, Nimfa oversees project accounting, budgets, reporting & compliance, cash management, data analytics, risk management and funding strategy. Nimfa worked in Asia for the Automotive industry, prior to taking on a role in Canada in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.  Nimfa has been responsible for digitizing the organization’s financial operations including partners’ financial reporting, general accounting, billing and vendor payments, as well as analytics and organizational performance.
